Monitoring
Server & VM monitoring
Agentless monitoring of Proxmox, VMware and Hyper-V — VMs, host pressure and datastores.
PingIQ monitors your virtualization layer agentlessly: the probe connects to the hypervisor's management API over the network and reads inventory and health. Nothing is installed on the hosts or guests.
Platforms
- Proxmox VE — API token or username/password
- VMware vSphere / ESXi (7.0+) — vSphere REST API
- Microsoft Hyper-V — over WMI from a Windows probe
What you get
- VM inventory: name, power state, vCPU, memory and which host each VM runs on
- Host CPU & memory pressure and datastore/storage usage
- Running-vs-total VM counts
- Warn/critical thresholds on host CPU, memory and the busiest datastore, with recovery alerts and trend charts
Server & VM monitoring is in beta — the collectors are new and being validated across real-world platforms. Credentials are encrypted at rest and masked in the UI; self-signed TLS is supported.
