Run it our way, your way, or inside your walls.
Same platform, three ways to deploy. Choose our cloud for speed, a managed deployment we operate on your premises, or full self-hosting — whatever your security and compliance require.
Cloud SaaS
We host PingIQ on our infrastructure. You sign up, deploy a probe, and start monitoring in minutes. Tenant-isolated data, automatic upgrades, nothing to maintain.
- Live in minutes — no infrastructure
- Automatic upgrades & patching
- Per-tenant isolation & encryption
- Billed per plan, scale up or down anytime
Managed on-prem
We deploy and operate PingIQ inside your premises — your datacenter, your VMs, your network. You own the data and the hardware; we own the install, upgrades, and day-two operations.
- Telemetry never leaves your network
- We handle install, upgrades & monitoring
- Meets data-residency & sovereignty rules
- Air-gap capable for sensitive environments
Self-hosted
Run PingIQ entirely on your own terms. One-command install, your own backups, your own change windows. We provide the software, documentation, and support — your team operates it.
- One-command Docker install
- Your infrastructure, your change control
- Fully air-gappable
- Software + support, you keep the keys
Same product. Different control.
Every mode runs the identical PingIQ codebase — the difference is who operates it and where your data lives.

Your hardware. Our operations.
The control of on-prem without the maintenance headache. Here's what we take off your team's plate.
Install & configuration
We stand up PingIQ on your hardware, configure probes, and validate discovery against your network.
Upgrades & patching
New releases, security patches, and database migrations applied on an agreed maintenance window.
Health & backups
Service healthchecks and daily automated backups, with restore drills on request.
Support & SLA
A named contact and a response SLA matched to how critical the deployment is to you.
Questions we hear a lot.
What does "managed on-prem" actually mean?+
PingIQ runs on hardware you own and control — inside your datacenter or private cloud — but our team installs it, keeps it patched, monitors its health, and handles upgrades. You get the data-residency and isolation of self-hosting without taking on the operational burden.
Does any telemetry leave our network in an on-prem deployment?+
No. In managed on-prem and self-hosted modes, all probe telemetry, device credentials, and alert data stay inside your network. For management access we agree on a connectivity model that fits your security posture — including fully air-gapped, where we operate on-site or via your jump host.
Can PingIQ run air-gapped?+
Yes. Both managed on-prem and self-hosted modes support fully air-gapped operation, with offline install bundles and no outbound dependency on our cloud.
Can we start on cloud and move to on-prem later?+
Yes. The same product runs in all three modes, so you can pilot on our cloud and migrate to a managed or self-hosted deployment once you're ready. Talk to us and we'll plan the cutover.
What hardware do we need for an on-prem install?+
PingIQ is containerised and runs on a modest Linux host or VM for most networks; we'll size it with you based on device count, probe interval, and retention. Larger estates scale horizontally.
Not sure which mode fits?
Tell us about your network, your compliance constraints, and where it has to live. We'll recommend the right deployment — no pressure.
