These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PingIQ website and service, operated by SDU Tech Solutions (“PingIQ”, “we”, “us”). By using the service or submitting our contact form, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
PingIQ provides multi-tenant network device monitoring with alerting and AI-assisted analysis. Features, limits, and trial terms may change as the product evolves.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Trials & subscriptions
Trial accounts are provided for evaluation for the stated period and may be limited or withdrawn at our discretion. Paid plans, where offered, are billed as agreed; contact sales for pricing.
4. Acceptable use
- Only monitor networks and devices you own or are authorised to monitor.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or disrupt other tenants.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and support the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The PingIQ software, brand, and content are owned by SDU Tech Solutions and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except as needed to use the service.
7. Availability & warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any service-level commitments, if applicable, will be set out in a separate written agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PingIQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
