• Service data — for tenants using PingIQ, the network/device metadata you choose to monitor (hostnames, IPs, status, metrics). This is processed on your behalf to deliver the service.
• Technical data — IP address, browser/user-agent, and similar logs generated when you use the site or service.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide demos or support.
• To operate, secure, and improve the PingIQ service.
• To send service-related communications (e.g. alerts you configure). We do not sell your data or send marketing newsletters without consent.

Where you submit a contact form, you consent to us using the details provided to reply to you. You may withdraw consent or ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing us.
