Channels
Email, SMS and WhatsApp, per contact. SMS and WhatsApp are enabled per organisation; you can bring your own provider credentials or use the platform's.
Routing
- Contacts choose their channels; device groups can route to their own contacts
- Per-device alert windows suppress non-critical noise out of hours
- Acknowledgements and resolution tracking live in the dashboard; recoveries auto-resolve their alert with measured downtime
Smart grouping & cascade detection
Related alerts are grouped by network topology, and simultaneous failures behind one upstream device collapse into a single infrastructure alert — one outage, one notification thread, not fifty.
AI triage
Each alert gets an AI-generated summary and an action hint (transient / monitor / investigate / escalate) so the on-call person can prioritise from the notification itself.
Templates
Every notification (per channel, per alert type) is a template you can customise per organisation — placeholders for device, interface, severity, downtime and more. Sensible defaults ship out of the box.
Daily digest
An optional morning email summarising device status, average health and the last 24 hours of alerts.
